We are looking to recruit an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our New Truck sales team on a full time basis.
In this role, you will be expected to maximise the sales & profit opportunities in the Retail channel for New Trucks. You will be required to work closely with our Private Capital Dealer partners and directly with our own direct sales team.
Our locations are spread across the region, it will be your responsibility to ensure they are selling the full range together with finance, extended warranties, aftersales products and accessories.
For your team to achieve their targets you will need coach and mentor them to ensure they are maximising opportunities linked to New Truck initiatives and campaigns, all whilst reporting sales activity and orders in a timely fashion.
No two days are the same in this role as one day you could be supporting the sales teams with customer visits, the next you could be working on your own Dealer Development opportunities liaising with senior managers at one of our many dealerships across the Central Region.
In order to perform this role effectively, you will ideally have come from a similar environment as HGV, however this is not essential and therefore someone that may have worked in another commercial vehicle sales role would be an advantage. You would have had the role of Regional or Territory Sales Manager and have experience of growing sales teams, and delivering objectives.
