Job Title: Business Development Team Leader

Position Overview: As the Business Development Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing a small team dedicated professionals, driving business development, and expanding their client base. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our market position as the go-to supplier for Construction Equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 6 business development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, market trends, and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
