Your progression will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 12-month programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters, who thrive working independently and as part of diverse fast-paced teams to: support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.
As part of this single fast-track 12-month programme, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions:
- Front of House: Helping provide an excellent experience to visitors, customers and employees
- Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their purchase journey
- Delivery: Assisting customers upon vehicle collection to ensure an exceptional experience
- Parts: Supporting the non-technical service team in sourcing & allocating vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Assisting customers ahead of their scheduled service visits (learning to diagnose faults, and/or educating customers)
- Support: Learning to serve as the first line support representative for our brand, mission and products
- Service: An introduction to performing our most common vehicle repairs
Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles that align with your strengths and aspirations.
