Position: Test Centre Administrator - London - Southwark.

  • Employment Type: This is a permanent role.
  • Location:10 Holyrood Street, London SE1 2EL.
  • Work Hours: Minimum 30 hours per month , and work at Southwark Test Centre .
  • Specifically require Saturday work, plus occasional cover during weekdays, to be decided by the Test Center Manager.
  • Compensation:£13.45 per hour, paid to you at the end of every month.

About the Role:

As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our global organization, ensuring the smooth delivery of exams in a secure and customer-friendly environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of test-taking candidates and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service throughout the learning and assessment journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, greet, and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
  • Adhere to exam testing security protocols and company policies.
  • Verify customer/candidate identification documents and explain exam testing procedures.
  • Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams/tests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized Test Centre.

Your Qualifications:

  • Customer-facing experience or previous invigilation experience.
  • School qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a quiet testing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the capability to monitor for restricted behaviour.
  • Comfortable with sitting for extended periods and escorting candidates as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is advantageous.
