A unique and exciting opportunity is available for a Test Automation Architect to support our Transformation function.

We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded professional with a proven track record in Test Automation strategy and delivery. This individual will play an instrumental role in defining and implementing Test Automation strategies to enhance Business Acceptance Testing for our client's transformation programmes.

  • Setting the direction and standards for Test Automation
  • Delivering a robust, sustainable, and scalable automation capability
  • Working with BAT Manager to improve delivery of testing on programmes
  • Working and guiding with our offshore team closely
  • Delivering process improvements as well as Identifying and managing risks
  • Working in accordance with Diligenta policies, client and regulatory requirements and operational frameworks
  • Strong exposure to Life and Pensions business ? essential
  • Previous experience in defining and delivering Test Automation Architecture and processes
  • Broad range of knowledge across Test Automation and test management tools
  • Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management both internally and with third parties
  • Good communication and negotiating skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
