What you’ll be doing:
The successful candidate will have experience designing, building and deploying complete test solutions for hardware manufacturing. Solutions range from individual PCB assemblies to full products as part of main line production and NPI. They will also provide support for test systems already in service and produce manufacturing test plans for automated testing of new products.
The right individual should be a great team player, be keen to learn, industrious, possess an exemplary attitude, take ownership, drive progress, strive to create good quality test solutions and provide technical support for users.
This is your ideal role if you have:
- The ability to develop software to allow operators to test products along with writing good methodical documentation to be used as reference for testing product and maintaining test equipment. Maintaining and updating procedures to current products following hardware revision changes
- Experience creating workflows and end to end documentation to build and test products including Engineer test fixtures for PCB assemblies.
- Experience in supporting subcontractors and in house Production in testing products.
- Strong skills in C#/.NET development background using WinForms, Web services and web APIs, Code verification using unit tests. Use of issue tracking tools, Git and communication protocols and network topologies.
- Capability to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and work schedules.
- Experience debugging and resolving issues and bugs reported during testing or in production environments.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
