VANRATH are recruiting a Test Engineer to join our manufacturing client’s Test team.

The Client

Our client are a leading name in Northern Ireland in the manufacture of electrical and electronic products. Their production capabilities, manufacturing flexibility and reputation for excellent service has led to significant growth over the last few years and they now supply a large customer base across multiple industries, including Defence, Telecoms, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Construction and Renewable Energy.

The Role

The Electronic Test Engineer will join the client’s Test team. They must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work diligently in a fast paced production environment. The main responsibilities will be:

• Testing of products including PCBA’s, electro-mechanical assemblies and integrated chassis using ATE (Automated Test Equipment)
• ICT (In-Circuit Testing) and bench test.
• Supporting NPI in new product introduction and test development.

The Package

£30,000 to £35,000 (DOE)
+ Package

About You

• Third level qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Previous experience in manufacturing test
• Component level fault-finding ability
