Testing Electrician - Social Housing

We are working with a housing association in West Yorkshire - in search for an experienced electrician specialising in testing and inspection to join their team working in Leeds.
In this role, you will primarily conduct domestic electrical installation condition reports across properties in the region. This involves performing in-depth inspection and testing to identify any remedial actions required to meet safety standards.
You will also help support other team member by making any necessary electrical connections for upgrades and improvements. However, the core focus is on EICR testing.
This position serves as an important link between residents and internal teams by upholding high service quality and communication standards. You'll join a cohort of professionals dedicated to performance, integrity, teamwork and excellence.
The company provides vehicles, equipment, tools, uniforms and comprehensive training tailored to the latest methods and industry standards in inspection and testing.
They seek someone with:

• Extensive electrical systems knowledge and inspection/testing expertise.
• Up-to-date qualifications and training for domestic EICR assessments.
• A strong grasp of electrical fault finding, modern test equipment and current regulations.
• Proven inspection skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt inspection processes across different sites.
• 2391 (or equivalent) qualified with Inspection & Testing experience.
• 18th Edition.

Core duties include:

• Performing accurate and complete EICR reports.
• Identifying any remedial actions required.
• Recording precise technical details using a tablet.
• Upholding safety best practices.

• £34k pa + Bonus
• Company Van
• Monday to Friday, full time hours
