Textile Operative - Warper

We are currently working in partnership with one of our prestigious textile clients, as we are looking for Textile Operatives, in particular Warpers. Although experience is desirable, full training will be provided. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity which is available with an immediate start.
Easily commutable via bus links from Oldham Town Centre.
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 7am – 5pm
39 hour working week over 4 days

Rate of pay:
£10.42 per hour
Role Specification for Warper:

• Creel warpers with correct colours to put onto the section beam
• Pull the yarn through the comb and tension bars
• Remove and replace tubes, along with lining the wracks
• Following internal quality procedures
• Completion of Production Order paperwork
• General housekeeping/cleaning
• The process requires attention to detail, high levels of concentration and standing for long periods of time

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Experience is desirable within the textile industry
* Good concentration and an excellent eye for detail
* Ability to learn and pick things up quickly
