Thai Or Vietnamese Speaking Market Research Executive

Are you a confident, bright Thai or Vietnamese speaker who seeks new challenges and want to develop your research skills in an international organisation? If you can say yes, then look no further! We are urgently seeking for Thai orVietnamese speaking Market Research Executive to join a dynamic and friendly team in London.

This role is a temporary position with an immediate start for 2-3 weeks. This is an office-based role to begin with and after the training it will become remotely. Due to the Thai and Vietnamese business hours, it will be night-shifts from 2am - 10am.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound telephone calls to decision makers to gather specific information via telephone interviews across the Thai or Vietnamese market

About you:

You will need an excellent telephone manner, a flair for communication and enjoy talking and listening to people. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently at a business level as you will be dealing with various clients and department of the company. This role would be suitable for a Thai or Vietnamese speaker who is able to work well in a fast paced environment with strong research, communication and organisational skills and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and definitions.

Profile:

• Requires to be fluent in Thai or Vietnamese to a native level
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer service, telephone research or Market Research
• Excellent telephone skills essential, with the confidence to communicate at all levels, including with decision makers
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
• Able to start immediately
