Everyone Theatres are currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of Theatre services across both venues in St Albans and Harpenden, the Alban Arena and Eric Morecambe Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving income targets and financial KPI's, supporting health and safety and driving operational excellence whilst supporting the development of the centre and the team. They will be in a senior management role supporting the Theatre General Manager in all aspects of the business.

We need a Theatre Operations Manager who will
- Support the delivery of the sites business plan ensuring the company and clients objectives are met
- Manage the venue Quality Action Plan, Health & Safety plan and drive H&S performance to maintain a safe and secure environment at all times
- Manage and review all venue operational checks
- Manage all upcoming events or changes in the centre programme as required working with outside contractors, suppliers, or partners
- Manage and coordinate the venue environmental plans
- Support the Technical Manager to ensure all productions are managed and delivered to the highest standards.
- Support the Front of House Manager to deliver world class customer service across the venues and maximise Food and Beverage revenue
- Ensure the team delivers a customer experience that generates both audience and visiting artists compliments
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous experience of working in Theatre is desirable. What can we do for you?
