Everyone Theatres are currentlyseeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to play a pivotal role inthe smooth operation of Theatre services across both venues in St Albans andHarpenden, the Alban Arena and Eric Morecambe Centre. The successful candidatewill be responsible for driving income targets and financial KPI’s, supportinghealth and safety and driving operational excellence whilst supporting thedevelopment of the centre and the team. They will be in a senior managementrole supporting the Theatre General Manager in all aspects of the business.

We need a Theatre OperationsManager who will…
- Support the delivery of the sitesbusiness plan ensuring the company and clients objectives are met
- Manage the venue Quality ActionPlan, Health & Safety plan and drive H&S performance to maintain a safeand secure environment at all times
- Manage and review all venueoperational checks
- Manage all upcoming events orchanges in the centre programme as required working with outsidecontractors, suppliers, or partners
- Manage and coordinate the venueenvironmental plans
- Support the Technical Manager toensure all productions are managed and delivered to the higheststandards.
- Support the Front of HouseManager to deliver world class customer service across the venues and maximiseFood and Beverage revenue
- Ensure the team delivers acustomer experience that generates both audience and visiting artistscompliments
The ideal candidate will have agood working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous experience ofworking in Theatre is desirable. What can we do for you?
