The Role
As a Theatre Practitioner (ODP/RGN), you might join us from the NHS or a private setting. Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.
Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
The Person
To succeed as a Theatre Practitioner/ ODP / RGN you will have;
High levels of focus and engagement.
A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including HCPC/NMC.
Post-registration experience.
Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated.

Overtime
For clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. For unsocial hours, you’ll be paid an additional enhancement to your salary at the following rates: Nights Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on any day of the week, 30% of basic hourly rate. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
