SalaryCall out for Professional Theatre Practitioners/Facilitators in the Midlands!
In 2024, Heartbreak will host a series of Workshops & Masterclasses with leading industry professionals at our Headquarters at North Hall in Leamington Spa. These one-off sessions are designed to provide a fun and supportive space to explore creative ideas and hone theatrical skills in different areas of specialism. Our first Masterclass https://www.heartbreakproductions.co.uk/show/how-to-nail-an-audition/ - "How To… Nail An Acting Audition!" was hugely successful and we're now looking to create a series of workshops for the rest of this year.
These sessions are designed for professional creatives wanting to brush up on their skills and aspiring performers wishing to gain further knowledge and experience to come and learn with us. We don't want the sessions to feel 'scary' or 'intimidating' but a place where local performers and creatives can learn and network.
From a feedback survey, people were interested in workshops in the following:
Acting for stage - exploring different practitioners
Improv
Shakespeare
Acting for Screen
Musical Theatre
Writing
Directing/Producing/Stage Management.

The dates we have earmarked for Spring/Summer Workshops are:
6th April, 5th May, 1st June, 6th July, 3rd Aug
Fee: £175 preparation time and delivery of 3 x hours of workshop at our Headquarters in Leamington Spa.
