We are now looking for a Theatre Technician / Digital Media Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be working during term time, plus four weeks during school holidays. Saturday morning and evening working will be required during term time.

The Role
As our Theatre Technician / Digital Media Specialist, you will support our Drama and Marketing department with the delivery of filming, editing and photographic work.
You’ll support a range of school events taking place within our dedicated theatre, Ondaatje Hall, co-ordinating the delivery, implementation and monitoring of lighting, sound and AV technical services.
Working closely with teaching staff on extra-curricular and academic productions, you’ll film and edit photos and video, ensuring compliance with all aspects of legislative and health and safety requirements.  
About You
To be considered as our Theatre Technician / Digital Media Specialist, you will need:
 - Operational experience of technical services, including the provision of lighting, sound, AV and live streaming
- Experience of analogue and digital sound desks
- Experience of maintaining equipment in safe working order
- An understanding of theatrical lighting techniques and installations
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office suite, MAC software (such as iMovie) and relevant video formats
