Duration: 12 weeks (until 5/4/24)

Days: Mon-Fri

Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30-4.30

Skills:

• Experience in acute NHS setting
• Experience in rehab setting/B3 experience
• Able to assess and provide for equipment needs
• Able to review patients to assess function
• Able to progress patients to maximise their function and independence as designated from qualified therapist
• Participation in multidisciplinary / multi-agency team meetings to ensure the co-ordination of patient care. This may include the review of patient progress, and discharge planning.
• Accurate record keeping
• Completion of discharge papework
