Therapy Assistant

To undertake support work to help with the rehabilitation of patients Carry out clinical duties and routine admin/clerical within the department under the direction of a therapist Provide therapeutic intervention according to set treatment protocols, rehabilitation prescriptions, monitoring progression as required under the direct supervision of the therapist. Reporting back patient progress and informing the therapist of any problems or concerns. To carry out general housekeeping tasks to enable patients to be assessed and treated in a clean and clear environment. The post holder will be required to contribute to a 7 day service, which includes weekends and bank holiday shifts.
