Opening spring 2024, our new Hamberley Neurocare home in Basingstoke will provide rehabilitation, recovery, and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions.
We are looking for a passionate, caring Therapy Lead to be part of our new home.

What you'll be doing:
Manage day to day operational issues ie annual leave and sickness, for the therapy team
chair clinical meetings as required ie reviews, MDT and goal planning.
co-ordinate the therapy assistants' timetables and support them to provide a range of innovative and therapeutic activities, groups and projects.
be involved in assessments of potential residents and advise on appropriate therapy provision.
Promote positive teamwork within the therapy and nursing teams, facilitating good communication, mutual support and team cohesion.
Ensure an effective structured daily routine is in place and followed by all levels of staff to meet resident's needs.
Promote individual, professional and personal development through clinical supervision, IPRs, and training.

Could you be part of our team?
We're looking for:
A qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
Four years' experience working as an Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience as a Therapy Lead would be an advantage.
Previous experience working within a neuro environment.
Good leadership skills.
Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
Have excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
Flexible to work shifts.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary: £52,000.00-£57,000.00 per year
