A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Therapy Specialist to join their clinical team, focusing on providing first-class training, information, and updates for users of their innovative Infusion System products. This is a full-time position covering South Buckinghamshire, West Midlands, Derbyshire, North West England.
Salary details are kept confidential at our client's request and will be shared during the application process. Rest assured; it aligns with industry standards ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. Ideal Requirements for the Therapy Specialist
- Strong clinical background with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge aligned to this portfolio.
- Training experience using educational processes is preferred.
- A relevant qualification within this specialist area is desirable.
- ABPI qualification is desired.
Role Responsibilities for the Therapy Specialist
- Act as the prime educational and spokesperson on products and therapies. Responsible for developing solutions to complex problems within the operations of the customers’ environment.
- Support sales and marketing teams with the necessary products information to accomplish sales objectives.
- Provide clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.
- Provide customer feedback and act as a Consultant to sales and marketing teams on designing and improving new / existing products and customer needs.
- Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.
- Develop customer partnerships to maximise operational effectiveness through educational programs on product / therapy utilisation.
