It’s an exciting time to join the Motor Claims team here at AXA, as a Third Party InterventionClaims Handler. As a Third Party InterventionClaims Handler, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving Third Party Intervention Claims to help build capability within the department and improve quality and service delivery to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of Motor Claims from start to finish, investigating and gathering evidence to help bring each claim to the point of a conclusion.
Proactively review Third Party referrals from the first notification of loss.
Ensuring cost of hire and cost of repairs provided to Third Parties are managed effectively.
This is a varied and interesting role, you'll understand that some claims are a result of a distressing or simply unfortunate incident, and therefore it’s important you listen and act with empathy.
You’ll recognise the signs of a fraudulent claim and refer these for further investigation when needed.
