As the markets partner LCH Ltd ensure that they maintain a robust and resilient environment across all their business lines. This role reports into the Head of Outsourcing and Critical Supplier Oversight and will be responsible for the 1st line running of the LCH Ltd TPRM process.
The successful candidate will be working with our supplier managers and 2nd line risk to ensure that all appropriate risk assessments are completed in line with standards and policies and are reported on a regular basis. As the TPRM space is ever evolving this role will also look at and lead the implementation of any changes that may take place by our regulators.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide support to our supplier managers in the running of their supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance to TPRM standards and policies
- Run required risk assessments such as concentration and residual
- Lead, mitigate, and report on any identified risks
- Produce TPRM reporting for our committees and Board
- Ensure the appropriate due diligence is conducted
- Ensure compliance to any new TPRM related regulations by ensuring the appropriate process changes are implemented in a timely manner
- Act as the point person for TPRM related queries
- Work with 2nd line risk on all TPRM related matters
- Represent TPRM in relevant risk committees
- Work with Group ensuring that:
- Our regulatory requirements are included in any standard and policy updates
- LCH Ltd reporting is correctly reflected
- LCH Ltd process and supplier base are considered in any programmes
- Experience in similar 1st line function within the financial services environment demonstrating a strong risk/control awareness is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise; ability to work under tight timeframes.
- Experience of running risk assessments
- Experience of working independently
- Previous report writing experience is beneficial
- Ability to work in a small team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and collaborating closely with a large number of partners.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a positive work attitude.
- Solve sophisticated problems and bring new perspectives to existing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all partners.
