SalaryThreat and Vulnerability Manager / TVM / Team lead - Reading Hybrid (1 dpw) - Suit ex Pentester / Team leader / Security Manger to GBP90kA totally unique role, for a very special candidate. This role is to lead, coordinate and manage the operations of a new TVM team, in a large organisation. The team and the manager are responsible for the management of technical risks across the business, including penetration testing, and the purchasing, planning, and execution of third party penetration testing. You'll also then direct and lead the team to remediate, and track this remediation through to fix and BAU. You'll need good people management skills too!
We'd love to see applications from experienced TVM Threat and Vulneability managers with experience in Tenable, QUalys or other similar TVM tools, in a Brownfields or Greenfields scenario, where you've been hands on with the interface and created process and prioritisation round vulnerabilites, and the management of those to completion / remeditation. You'll be a team teamer as the team grows, and have the support of secnruity engineers, and architects to help you avaive your goals.
Ideally you'll be from a technical background in Penetration test or Threat and Vuln management / APT / Advanced Intrusion Technologies, and have some experience of leading teams / managing technical projects.
- Experience in a hands on situation with industry leading TVM tools. Tenable, Qualys, Nessus, more.
- Experience creating process / remediation and prioritasation steps and implementing those
