Threat Intelligence Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid - Manchester

VIQU have partnered with one of the UK's leading technology partners, who are seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst to support the development of a growing team.

The successful Threat Intelligence Analyst will be proactive in their role, not only in terms of identifying and acting on alerts, but also in supporting and coaching more junior members of the team.

Key skills and experience for the Threat Intelligence Analyst:

• Strong experience as a Threat Intelligence Analyst
• Monitor and track intelligence alerts, using Group-IB
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Security Suite (Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Azure).
• Innovate solutions to enhance detection capabilities using advanced Kusto Query Language (KQL).
• Experience working within MITRE ATT&CK Framework
• Develop and execute comprehensive penetration testing strategies.
• API Integration
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems
• Conversant with security best practices (including ISO27001) and legislation.
• Relevant security certifications would be desirable: (CSA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM)

Role details:

• Job role: Threat Intelligence Analyst
• Job type: Contract
• Duration: 6 weeks initial contract with view to extend up to 6 months
• Rate: GBP400 - GBP500 per day
• IR35 status: Outside IR35
• Location: Hybrid, up to 3 days per week onsite in Manchester
