The Ticket Office Manager is a crucial role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, managing a team and ensuring every detail is meticulously handled. - Strategic Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Ticket Office, managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Communications expert: Prepare and disseminate all sales and ticketing information for home and away games, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Away Clubs, ensuring smooth coordination of ticket allocations for both Home and Away fixtures in conjunction with the Head of Ticketing.
- Post-Match Excellence: Complete post-match documentation for Away Clubs, reconciliations, and reports required by regulatory bodies.
- Customer Service Champion: Ensure the sales process for supporters and stakeholders is smooth, handling phone and email bookings with the highest level of customer service.
- Adaptable Support: Provide support to the broader Club and Ticketing Department, covering for the Head of Ticketing and other duties as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: At least one year's management experience in a ticketing role, ideally, within sport (not essential).
- Tech Savvy: Experience and understanding of ticketing platforms is preferred. Ticket Master would be highly advantageous!
- Game Day Dedication: Ability to work all home match days.
