Job description
- The configuration, testing and maintenance of products on the ticketing platform, including events, rates and special offers, and any other products that may be sold by LTD.
- To create and publish webpages.
- To ensure accurate API connectivity to partner systems.
- To work closely with other internal and external stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot and remedy issues.
- To liaise with venues, producers, and marketing agencies to ensure the timely delivery of on-sales, offers and other initiatives.
- To provide clear cross-departmental communication to disseminate important information.
- To offer technical support to colleagues to assist with the smooth functioning off all teams.
- To undertake training and development relevant to the role; and to share expertise, best practice and new ideas across the team.
- To represent LTD and Trafalgar Tickets when liaising with third parties, and to present a professional and knowledgeable impression at all times.
