Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seekingTicketing & Sales Assistantsto join our Ticketing & Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role:
To provide the highest quality of service to our patrons, customers, and staff, advising our patrons on all the Globe’s activities through selling and actively promoting our products. The role requires colleagues to stay informed on all our activities and feel confident up-selling additional products and services to customers.
The skills:
The successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail. They will have strong interpersonal skills and experience using these when working with the general public in person and over the phone. They will also be enthusiastic, willing to learn and be proactive in serving our customers. The right people for this role will be natural problem-solvers who love identifying issues then using a practical and supportive approach to solve them. The team:
The Ticketing & Sales Team is part of the Audiences Department. This is an on-site role, with time split between the contact centre and the front of house desks. The Ticketing & Sales Assistant role is managed by the Ticketing & Sales Manager, with supervision from the Ticketing & Sales Duty Managers.
