The Company
First Step Sports Group is a leading physical activity & training provider, working with schools, local authorities, community groups, businesses, and individuals.
Based in Yorkshire, the business is comprised of 5 divisions, each specialising in a different area of physical activity development and delivery: First Step Physical Education, First Step Training, First Step Cycle, Ballers, and Kids Takeover.
The Position.
The perfect candidate is a social-media-savvy Video Creator, editor, and producer who can share content on Social Media platforms.
This is an exciting, inspiring role for a Social Media guru who is a creative, enthusiastic and quick-thinking individual.
Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality, creative, and engaging short-form videos for TikTok and other Social Media platforms.
• Develop content that aligns with our brand, marketing objectives, and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with our department leads to develop video concepts that support our marketing campaigns.
• Engage with influencers and creators to enhance brand visibility and collaboration opportunities.
• Analyse performance metrics and audience insights to optimise content for maximum engagement.
• Regularly report on the success of video content, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.
• Foster a positive and interactive community around our brand on Social Media.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong online presence.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok and other Social Media platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and successful video content.
• Proficient in video editing software and other relevant tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Social Media trends and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail
• A driving licence and your own car is essential for this role.
