- ??Cancellations and Returns:Handle TikTok cancellations and returns both on the platform and with physical returns, ensuring a seamless process for our customers.
- ??Continuous Engagement:Respond to TikTok chats throughout the day, staying on top of inquiries and providing timely and helpful responses.
- �?Reviews:Manage TikTok reviews, fostering a positive and authentic brand image.
- ??Ebooster Orders:Take charge of Ebooster orders, including uploading tracking information promptly for a smooth customer experience.
- ??Handover Orders:Manage arranged handover orders with precision and care.
- ??Customer Support Collaboration:Assist the Customer Service team during busy periods by supporting with emails and on other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
