We’re looking for a superbly Wild TikTok Shop Marketing Executive to join our Influencer and Marketing Team. This role will be based in our London HQ!
About the role:
We are looking for a results-focused and data-driven individual to help take our TikTok Shop to the next level. This will involve managing our live-selling agency to maximise sales and return on investment from our product range, managing our roster of creators on the TikTok affiliate marketplace and thinking strategically around how we can grow this new and emerging platform into a significant revenue driving channel for Wild. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to get stuck into a fast-paced startup, can juggle tasks and drive results.
This is a junior/entry level position with a fast progression curve for high performers.
Some of your daily responsibilities:
TikTok: Management of our TikTok Shop performance - including responsibility over revenue, customer experience, new customer acquisition and budgets.Partnerships: Overseeing the relationship with our TikTok Live agency partner to maximise opportunities and growth. Manage creator commission, incentives, and negotiations with a primary focus on ROI.
Data: Produce weekly and monthly reports considering all aspects of creator performance, including sales data, platform metrics and creative, ensuring top performers are recognised and rewarded.
Creators: Oversee the end-to-end process of our creator programme, from outreach and onboarding to monitoring posts and managing relationships across existing and new product launches.
Strategy: Proactively input on influencer and TikTok Shop strategy.
New ideas: Help develop new marketing channels and strategies to drive new customer growth in international markets.
Target driven: You will have ownership over budgets, and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards. You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner.

Time management: Able to juggle multiple different projects at once and manage your workload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
