Salary: £26,017
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for responding to employees queries by investigating and resolving through to completion
- Ensuring a high level of quality & customer service, in line with the Service Level Agreement
- Responsible for supporting Time & Attendance tasks such as extracting and checking pay data, running reports, and data cleansing activities
- Assisting in the review, development and implementation of changes to working procedures and documentation
- Provide additional support to projects impacting Time & Attendance processes and the wider team when required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Strong administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook packages, including Excel
- Experience in compliance, governance, DCRD, or GDPR
- Proficient in data handling procedures
Desirable
- Familiarity with software systems ServiceNow (SNOW) or Sharepoint would be advantageous
- Experience with Time and Attendance Systems

The Time and Attendance Team:
The Time and Attendance team provides a service to around 30,000 UK based employees by processing and maintaining accurate Time and Attendance records. The role will operate in a busy customer facing environment, dealing with queries of varying complexity from employees and stakeholders in the business, resolving transactional queries, processing requests and maintaining accurate data and systems.
