GXO Logistics has an excellent opportunity for a Time & Attendance Associate – 3 months Fixed Term contract to be based at our UK Head Office in Northampton.


You will play a key role in the efficient workings of the Time & Attendance department supporting our sites across the UK. We manage multiple Time & Attendance (T&A) systems supporting the processing of payments for our weekly, lunar and a section of the monthly population. Once the data has been generated it is interfaced to an outsourced payroll provider for processing and final payment.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Support the system configuration of our sites in the T&A system, based on our site information documents
  • Support with new site set-ups and TUPE acquisitions across the business
  • Support the team with SOX compliance activities from audit discussions and site visits
  • Support the day to day cases submitted from sites


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous experience working closely with a time and attendance system would be advantageous though full training will be provided
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data
  • Exposure to T&A configuration with some experience of Kronos & Crown
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
