Job description

Bank Concierge - Homeless and Young People

Ballingdon Street Young People Services and Crofton House IHM Service

£10.72

Hours as and when required

Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

Are you looking for an exciting and varied role where no two nights are the same? Are you passionate about supporting people?

If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity!

We are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and empowering person to join our team at Ballingdon Young People Services and Crofton House intensive housing management service. At Ballingdon Street, we support 14 clients across who are 16-24 years old and experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. At Crofton House IHM Service, we support homeless adults with temporary accommodation in conjunction with the local authority. We are looking for supportive, passionate, and positive people to empower our customers.

The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas including, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities.  A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.

We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.

Sanctuary also offers a great employee rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a positive environment, with a dedicated team who value the individuals they support and make a difference in people’s lives every day.
