We’re seeking a RetirementLiving Housing Team Leaderto join our friendly team at Wimborne House. Located on the outskirts of Gravesend, Wimborne House provides apartments and communal facilities for over 55s, with care and support on site. Wimborne House offers comfort, independence and peace of mind.

The role of Retirement Living Housing Team Leaderwill include:
- Managing tenancies, ensuring that customers are paying their rent/service charges
- Signposting customers for further support if and when required
- Actively supervising staff, managing ASB cases and concerns
- Ensuring Wimborne House meets health and safety requirements i.e. fire safety
- Handling queries in a timely manner and managing and resolving complaints
- Ensuring KPI’s are met
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, families and external agencies
- Supporting the team with administration duties when required
- On-call duties are required
- Banking duties
- Dealing with voids/referral from local authority and private renters
- Managing staff and overseeing recruitment processes
- Raising Purchase orders and liaising with contractors
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in housing and front of house management
- Good customer service skills
- Strong listening and observational skills
- Good administrative skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
