we are a small family run business however to due to increase growth we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Toddler Rugby Coach to join our team in and around the Bury St Edmunds area on Saturday Mornings. The role will introduce young children to the exciting world of rugby. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with toddlers and small children, an understanding of rugby, and excellent communication skills with adults and children. As a Toddler Rugby Coach, you will be responsible for organising and leading fun and engaging rugby sessions for toddlers aged 2-4 years old. You will create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn basic rugby skills, develop coordination, and build confidence. In addition, you will promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among the participants in the sessions. This position will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young, in return we will offer full training and a competitive salary.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children

- Basic understanding of the rules and fundamentals of rugby

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Enthusiasm for working with children and promoting physical activity

- Ability to create a fun and inclusive environment for toddlers

- Certification in first aid

- Must have or be able to pass a DBS check and safeguarding

• Weekends only

• Bury St. Edmunds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
