Title: Online Assistant for TOOFACED.CO.UK



Job Description

The role will give administrative support to the Too Faced CO.UK team and Trade Marketing Assistant Manager to ultimately deliver sales growth across the brand’s online points of distribution.

The Online Assistant will work in partnership with their immediate team as well as several internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role of looking after the day-to-day running of Too Faced’s online points of distribution, whilst helping drive the overall online strategy forward and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:

New Product Launches and Campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches and brand campaigns on retail partner sites, ensuring stock, assets, product information and content are agreed and shared in a timely manner
  • Act as main point of contact for bespoke retailer content requests, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class brand experience
  • Work closely with the relevant local and global teams to gather and coordinate assets
Site Maintenance
  • Routine maintenance of the TOOFACED.CO.UK website, ensuring all product details, images, enhanced content and links are correct and up to date
  • Upload and update product information in .NET, categorising appropriately and ensuring details have pulled through to site correctly
  • Maintain product alt images, ensuring displayed correctly and briefing if needed
  • Regularly assess site search results, checking for zero search results, applying redirects where needed, and actioning search synonyms within Endeca
  • Maintain virtual try-on proposition, ensuring all products are categorised accordingly
  • Conduct daily retailer site walks, critically reviewing site merchandising, ensuring adequate stock, and conducting checks on bestselling lines to ensure all product details, images, enhanced content, and links are correct
  • Regularly assess retailer site search results, checking for zero search results and requesting actions as agreed with Trade Marketing Assistant Manager
  • Proactively identify and recommend assets and content to be used on retailer sites to improve customer experience
  • Regularly assess reviews across bestselling lines from the past month
  • Support on CMS work, testing new site functionalities, links, offer codes and content enhancements on the site and across all devices
Data, Insights and Analysis
  • Partner with retailers to obtain analytics and digital insights on campaign coverage, page, and product performance
  • Complete routine analysis on sampling performance to distribute to internal stakeholders, highlighting key learns and opportunities for future activations
  • Complete regular competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities to the wider online team
  • Support the Online team and Trade Marketing Assistant Manager with collating post-campaign analysis and ad hoc reports to cascade to wider brand and global teams
Retailer.com Partnerships
  • Build and nurture relationships with online retailers to ensure Too Faced is front of mind in retailer activations
  • Collate and communicate online retailer actions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Too Faced is supported with adequate stock that is in line with sales targets
  • Update and maintain retailer planning calendars with key dates, site updates and other relevant activity, being prepared to present this to the wider team
  • Complete quarterly site audits, benchmarking the brand experience versus competitors, tracking brand health, and ensuring assets and copy are in line with Too Faced’s wider online strategy
Stock
  • Own maintenance of product tickers and pick bins for both new and existing stock
  • Conduct daily site walks, critically reviewing site merchandising and conducting checks on bestselling lines
  • Support the management of online product statuses depending on stock availability
Marketing Support
  • Support with the management of the online retailer sampling strategy, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in executing all sampling activations
  • Attend weekly cross-brand meetings, considering new product concepts, target markets and planned initiatives to help plan 360-degree consumer-centric activations

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Numerate and analytical with commercial awareness
  • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least two years’ experience and exposure in a retail trading environment
  • Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business forward
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and ability to prioritise in the interest of the business
  • Confidence in presenting in both internal and external meetings
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Competitor awareness
