Continuous Improvement: Are you a problem-solving guru with a knack for boosting tooling availability, enhancing performance, improving quality, and reducing waste? If so, we want you on our team!
Design and Fabrication: Get ready to flex your creative muscles, as you'll be responsible for creating and commissioning new jigs and fixtures to improve our production processes. It's time to bring your innovative ideas to life!
Workload Management: We know you're a master of multitasking, so you'll need to prioritize tasks to ensure a prompt response to breakdowns and timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities. You'll be the hero ensuring that our production keeps running smoothly.
Tooling Maintenance: Get your hands dirty as you conduct repairs on press tooling, jigs, fixtures, and machine parts. Your expertise will keep our machinery in top-notch condition, guaranteeing seamless production.
New Product Support: As an integral part of our team, you'll assist with new product introductions by ensuring that equipment and processes meet operational requirements. Your contribution will be key to our success!
Problem Analysis: Are you a Sherlock Holmes of tooling issues? You'll have the opportunity to analyze and identify root causes, allowing us to tackle problems head-on and continuously improve our processes.

Establish Effective PPM and TPM Plans: Your expertise in maintenance planning will be invaluable as you establish effective planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans. You'll ensure that our equipment stays in tip-top shape and maximizes efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all activities using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Your meticulousness will ensure that we have a clear history of maintenance activities, enabling us to make informed decisions and track improvements.
Spare Components: As our go-to Toolmaker, you'll source and procure spare components required for tooling and equipment maintenance. Your resourcefulness will keep our production lines up and running, minimizing downtime.
Production Support: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with our Production teams to ensure that daily production targets are achieved. Your expertise and assistance will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Maintenance Assistance: As part of our dynamic team, you'll provide support to Maintenance Engineers with breakdowns, repairs, PPM, and installations on other factory equipment as needed. Your versatility and willingness to lend a hand will be greatly appreciated.

Surface Grinding: Proficiency in surface grinding will be a valuable addition to your skill set. If you can work your magic on this machine, you'll be a true asset to our team!
Wire Eroding, Spark Eroding, and Welding: We're looking for someone who can operate wire eroders, spark eroders, and Tig/Mig welding equipment. These additional skills will set you apart and allow you to contribute to a wider range of projects.
Desirable: Additional skills in wire eroding, spark eroding, or welding. If you have experience or knowledge in any of these areas, it's a bonus! We're always looking for candidates who can bring even more value to our team.
