Role Overview:

Responsible for precision finishing of specialised industrial components.

Utilise a variety of tools, stones, and abrasives to achieve superior surface finishes.

Adherence to detailed visual inspection standards and specifications for quality assurance.

Quickly and efficiently address rework requirements to ensure minimal disruption to production targets.

Commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, including strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Good hand-eye coordination.

Experience in polishing, linishing, grinding, or similar activities would be beneficial.

Familiarity with abrasives and air grinding tools is an advantage.

Open to candidates requiring training, with a focus on developing the right skill set.

Competitive salary between 27,000 and 29,000, with additional overtime pay at premium rates.
