Do you have experience in Reward consulting within Professional Services?
This global advisory firm, with clients consisting of public and private organisations, is seeking experienced Reward professionals (Associate through to Senior Manager level) to join their growing team of consultants supporting clients with Total Reward and HR Strategy assignments.
Total Rewards covers so much more than just base salary and incentives, it’s about everything of value that an organisation provides its employees, playing an important part in an organisation’s business and people strategy. The right Total Rewards programme needs to attract, motivate and retain the right talent, from entry level upwards.
As Senior Reward Consultant key tasks will include:
- Advising Boards, Executive Management and HR Leaders on how to design, develop and implement effective total reward strategies / employee share plans / HR strategies
- Identifying areas of risk, carrying out effective reviews and referring upwards
- Building strong working relationships with clients and managing their expectations
- Solving problems creatively and pragmatically
- Project management, able to plan and prioritise work, meeting deadlines
- Maintaining awareness of legal, regulatory and legislative trends relating to Reward
- Advising on technical issues and supporting the team’s knowledge management
- Contributing to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Previous Total Reward experience ideally working within professional services
- Proven relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience of complex and creative problem solving
- Be analytically minded and interested in new technologies
- ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law qualification (or equivalent)
