Overview

South Central Europe and Baltics (SCEB) has grown substantially since 2020 where the organization manages 14 countries spread across West Balkans, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Exports Organization, Baltics Countries. The revenue has grown to 284MM$ and the role supports business transformation, managing employee relations in partnership with HRBPs across 2 HQ, 1 production plant, Direct Go to market across West Balkans and Distributor led selling in 12 other markets and with 1250 employees. The role also oversees org. effectiveness agenda for South Central Europe and Baltics as we streamline our C&B budgeting process and stabilize this critical process that impacts our P&L. 

Main purpose: The jobholder must act as a trusted business partner and SME on TR related processes, issues and business requests; ensuring South Central Europe TR practices/policies and org. effectiveness are fully aligned with the external market, compliant with the internal global/sector frameworks and within local business affordability.

Responsibilities
  • Partner and work closely with stakeholders to manage the delivery of market benchmarking exercises, salary planning, promotion fitment, comp offer governance, Total Rewards dashboarding, and more
  • Work with vendors to maintain a deep inventory of benchmark jobs, market data, applied benchmarks, market competitiveness, and more
  • Work with vendors to keep attractive on benefits offer and ensure proper communication to employees, People Managers and HR Team
  • Support year-end Focal Point activities to deliver a seamless experience to all SCEB employees and people managers
  • Support and maintain a comprehensive salary benchmarking by ensuring participation in all salary studies available in the industry
  • Design rewards strategy, securing competitive salary structure and attractive variable pay programs, such as Sales Incentive, Supply Chain Incentive and MIP, ensuring market alignment, competitiveness, fair compensation
  • Work with Finance and Controlling team for seamless people cost planning (AOP and Forecast), accruals, CoC report on monthly basis – aiming improvements and successful deliver
  • Support CEHQ - CZ and HU payroll, partnering with PWC, FP&A and Controlling team
  • Act as Healthy Living Champion – promote/ lead the roll out of healthy living/wellness campaigns created on local level as well as on global CoE level.
  • Serve as the primary TR and CoE interaction point for HR Business Partners and SMEs within Sectors or Bus
  • Act as Key contributor on org effectiveness topics, supporting the HR and LT driving business growth
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in multi national environment within HR generalist / TR role is desired
  • Advanced knowledge of IT software is required (MS office, HR tools…)
  • Expert knowledge of local TR legislation
  • Analytical skills to perform compensation and benefit reviews
  • Transforms data and information into meaningful insights
  • Influences others through reasoning and relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of English is required
