My client is a well established and financially secure company based in Hayes, Middx who are seeking an experienced Office Based Customer Service Coordinator who has experience of taking reservations around the UK including Scotland. My client offers a very high level of service so it is essential that candidates have excellent communication skills in the English Language and strong customer service skills.

The responsibilities will include:-

• Taking inbound calls with enquiries for standard and bespoke bookings
• Checking availability in the UK and Scotland (ability to use a map or to calculate route
• Providing quotation and bookings
• Completion of all relevant documentation using their bespoke system
• Liaising with the operations team to ensure the booking goes smoothly
• Building relationships with corporate clients

My client is seeking a person who speaks good English as for many clients English is not their first language, who has experience of providing excellent service to the B2C and B2B and lives within easy commuting distance of Hayes, Middx.

The role is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.
