Tours & Travel Consultant

Are you passionate about hospitality, hotels and travel ? our client is recruiting a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Tours &Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Duties to include:
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on clients' requirements
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- Process payments and handle any necessary documentation
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry news
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
As a successful candidate, you will have experience within a Customer Service and or Travel Consultant role, together with a professional approach to customer service, great attention to detail and geographical knowledge together with excellent IT Skills and experience of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
