My client, a family-owned Property Company established over 60 years ago, is searching for a Town Planner to join the team. Successful candidates will be a Chartered RPTI Professional (or working towards) with an accredited planning degree (or related qualification). You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have experience in a graduate planning position within a consultancy.
The Position of a Town Planner
- An enthusiastic individual with a personable attitude.
- Prepare and submit applications, appeals and pre-application enquires.
- Undertaking and assisting in the preparation of information for community engagement, committee meeting and public examinations.
- Researching and commenting on planning appraisals to establish development potential of sites.
Essential Criteria for a Town Planner
- Full member of the RTPI or working towards full membership.
- MSc in Town or Spatial Planning, or relevant degree.
- Post graduate experience (public or private sector)
- Driving licence
