Due to continued expansion, this growing Planning Consultancy is looking to further expand their team with the appointment of a Town Planner. The successful Town Planner will be working as part of an experienced team, delivering projects within the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

Qualifications:

In this instance applications are sought with a relevant MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning discipline and demonstrable experience working as a Planning Consultant. Candidates who have achieved Chartered RTPI status will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
