Ideally a current MRTPI Planner looking to step up to Senior, or Senior Planner finding your current role or team to not be the right home for you, you will have a chance to work on some of the city and region's most impressive upcoming schemes.
Uniquely they do not need someone to immediately get involved in business development as they are turning so much work away.
The team work across a fantastic variety of major projects across the residential, commercial and renewable sector, from high end minor projects to major nationally significant schemes.

Your role will involve:
- Providing strategic planning advice and preparing/submitting major planning applications. Manage/deepen existing key relationships. Leading client and design team meetings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. Project management and budgetary controls on projects. Supporting more junior members of staff.
Ideally you will:
- Have over 2 years in town planning in the UK or Ireland and have managed some medium-scale schemes at least. Have excellent communication and written skills. Have some track record in business development.
