Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an Independent Town Planning Practice on the hire of a Town Planner to join their team in Beaconsfield, on a permanent basis.
Our client specialises in securing planning consents for clients across England, providing guidance and planning services for private homeowners/landowners, national corporate organisations, housing associations, to local businesses.
Working within the small, experienced and busy planning team, you will help provide the following services to your clients;
-Planning Applications
-Permitted Development Guidance
-Pre Application Advice
-Site & Acquisition Appraisals
-Planning Appeals
-Land Promotion
-Project Management
-Affordable Housing & S106 Negotiations

Requirements to Apply
Candidates should hold a Planning or similar qualification with appropriate experience to operate at Town Planner or Senior Planner level. MRTPI Chartership is ideal but not essential. You should be a good communicator, be a team player with a great eye for detail. Applicants will need to hold a UK driving licence.
