Town Planning Officer

Town Planning Officer - Hampshire - 4 Month Contract - £43 Per Hour Umbrella Rate
ARM are working with a local authority and we are currently recruiting a Town Planner Officer to work with this council on planning applications.
About You:
You will have previous experience in Town Planning.
You will have experience working within a Development Management environment.
You will have strong Communication and Negotiation experience.
What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with undertaking assessments of developer contributions on applications of all types and scales, for the Development management team. You will look to lead effective and efficient monitoring and compliance of development contributions through Section 106 agreements.
This position is working for Basingstoke Council and will be based in their office within the city.
The rate for this position is £43 per hour. This rate is an Umbrella, as this position is Inside IR35.
