SalaryInteraction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established builders merchant in Croydon. This is a full-time permanent role, the successful candidate will come from a builders merchant background and will ideally of worked within a Trade Counter, Internal Sales, New Business or Field Sales role previously. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established growing business that truly values their staff!
This role involves:
- making outbound calls to construction businesses to bring on new business
- account managing customers
- responding to emails and inbound calls
- sending quotes
- helping customers on the Trade Counter
- providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
- keeping Trade Counter area stocked and organised
- processing orders
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- a minimum of 1 years sales experience within the construction industry
- confident with outbound and inbound calls
- brilliant customer service skills
- basic understanding of profits & margins
- computer literate
- fluent English speaking, reading & writing
- willing to learn new skills
