Full Time, permanent £22,500 – £25,000, depending on experience with monthly & quarterly team bonus opportunities
Monday-Friday 07:40-17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays totalling 33 days per annum.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us in maintaining our high levels of service at our Trade Counter. Each day consists of varied tasks and we have a great customer base to interact with. Primary role responsibilities:
Build successful working relationships with customers, face-to-face, over the phone and online to help identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
Guidance on processes provided Accurately and efficiently carry out transactions
Loading and unloading materials, 3-6m in length Maintain the shop, stock and vehicles.
Secondary role responsibilities:
- Deliver materials, ages 25 & over only due to insurance criteria
- Full, clean, UK Driving Licence required
- Confidence in abilities to drive a dropside van (3.5 tonne)
- Account management All and any need of the business related to its daily requirements.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have great communication, motivation and work ethic
- The ability to maintain service during busy intervals
- IT literate e.g. Microsoft Office & emails
- Effective time management
- Functional numerical skills for working out material quantities etc.

Our varied & well stocked range of products covers Underground Drainage, Roofline & Guttering Systems with all the associated fittings plus hand tools & accessories. Experience with Roofline materials is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.
