We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Supervisor to join our busy team of 26 in the Epsom Plumb and Parts branch!
The main aspect of the role is to build a great rapport with the customers and drive local branch accounts forward with the hope to build on the customer base. You will also have 3 people directly reporting in to you who you will work closely with to coach and develop.
This role is full time, permanent, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00 with the occasional Saturday morning shift paid as overtime.

Previous people management experience
Customer service background
Plumbing and Heating industry experience would be advantageous
