Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37 Hours per week, 8am - 6pm on rota plus Out of Hours

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi Skilled) will involve:

• Providing excellent customer service

• Carrying out repairs in a customer’s home

• Working with a Supervisor and planner to meet appointments for repairs.

• Managing your van stock levels

• Always remaining professional representing Citizen

As Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi Skilled) we need you to have:

• A qualification in your trade (City & Guilds or NVQ2)

• Full driving licence

• Be a good communicator with a friendly approach.

• The right attitude for excellent customer service

They would be really excited if you have:

• Other trade skills in addition to your qualification trade (multiskilling)

• Experience of using a PDA to receive and complete jobs.

• Previous Health & Safety experience

• Previous experience working for a social housing provider.
